I don't know about you, but I used to rely far too heavily on coffee to make it through the day. That is, until I started using Sassy Water. It is so so so easy to incorporate into your lifestyle. Here is the recipe I use:
1-2 liters water
1/2 cucumber
1 lemon or 1 lime (or 1/2 of each if you like!)
pinch of freshly grated ginger (optional)
pinch of fresh mint (optional)
As you can see, it is SO modifiable that you can change it up to suit your taste. You can use as much of the ingredients as you like, that is just what I tend to use. Also you can use either ginger or mint, or both. Just chop up the ingredients, throw it in a pitcher of water and let it "marinade" overnight. The next day, drink it in place of plain water, coffee, tea, or soda. You should drink one to 2 batches a day. Also, change the fruit out with each batch.
